Fee

A percentage of funds actually received, never of the amount identified. The rate is stated in the written agreement before any work begins and is at or below any limit the law sets for the item.

Costs

No upfront cost; the company pays nothing out of pocket. There is no retainer, no minimum and no charge to see what we found once an engagement is signed.

Ownership

Every claim stays in the company's name. We take no assignment and do not buy claims.

Control

Nothing is filed without the company's written sign-off on that item.

Exit

Either side may end the engagement on written notice.

Data

Company documents are stored encrypted with restricted access, used only for the engagement and deleted after it ends.
