Confirm a letter from us
We contact a company only after we have identified specific funds in its name, and only in writing, addressed to a named finance officer.
To confirm that a letter or email is genuine, write to inquiries@spillwayrecovery.com from your company email address and quote the date and the name of the person it was addressed to. We will confirm whether it came from us and who signed it.
What we never do
- We never ask for payment of any kind, at any stage, before funds are recovered.
- We never ask for bank credentials, passwords or access to any account.
- We never ask you to assign or sell a claim to us. It stays yours.
- We never ask for decisions by phone. Everything we propose is in writing, so your team and your counsel can review it.
Any message using our name that does any of these is not from us. Please forward it to the address above.
